You won't get my opinion on the food trucks or the food. You will get help in finding a food truck, and you will see pictures of the final product.
Supposedly, a picture is worth a 1000 words, which is a lot more than I can say.
Orange County's newest truck, a Bite Truck, was in Fullerton. Here is two of their popular items, the Classic Bite (steak) over fries and the Sassy Bite (chicken).
